Coursera Offers 111 courses from 16 Top Universities

Coursera is the newest of many online education website. This one however stands out with the “reality” of its courses. Once you sign up, you can enroll to any course (free of charge). Once you enroll, you receive the lectures over the duration of the course, are given self assessment quizzes, assignments that are graded by peers and an exam for completion. If you pass the course, you receive a certificate signed by the instructor.

It seems like a wonderful initiative bringing the dream of free education to all closer to reality.
